.. well belated happy halloween 
We had about 5 groups of trick or treaters last night at my parents house. We really weren’t expecting anybody .. infact I didnt buy a pumpkin til after all the trick or treating was over with (I wanted pumpkin seeds!) I ended up carving the pumpkin anyways .. and he ended up with a meatwad mouth
We’re off to see the condo .. its been 4 days since we last checked in on it .. crossing our fingers that the power is back, but we’re still under a boil water order .. so we can’t really move back until that is lifted.
Going to NYC next week for a conference Looks like it’ll be a short trip .. all business .. but hopefully it’ll be motivating and inspiring.
Did you have candy to give the trick-or-treaters? I love pumpkin seeds! I bought some recently (the easy way). I need to get some fresh pumpkin and bake some seeds. Yum! So, is your power back on? I hope your water is purified soon. What conference are you going to in NYC? What are you doing for work now?

Dad bought a huge bag, so now they have TONS of leftovers. We got power back at the condo apparently Sunday afternoon, and the boil water order was lifted Wednesday at 2pm. We’re attending an interactive marketing conference, ad-tech, in NYC. I’m still unemployed, though I’ve decided to try to find a seasonal position while I sort through some career issues.
