In it for the long haul ..

For my birthday this year, I asked Sean for some personal training sessions at our gym. I’ve been having trouble finding the motivation to even start a gym routine. Well today was the last of my 8 sessions, and I decided to buy 16 more. I haven’t lost much weight (I’m not sure I’ve lost any at all), but I know I’ve built muscle, and before the last 3 days I’ve had so much more energy this month. Having a trainer (and paying alot for him) forces me to go, even when I just want to lie on the couch and eat ice cream. Eventually I want to do it all on my own, but for now I need a push to get to the gym.
