The past 2 weeks have flown by. Mom and dad came up last Saturday, we had a wonderful time at a local irish bar, and caught the shuttle launch from the coast. It was totally awesome. This week I installed a fan in 1 room (1 down 6 to go!), I also baked for the first time in a while. I might’ve gone overboard, but I even made peanut brittle! I’ll try to post recipes of my favorite goodies this year. Tonight we’re heading down to start working on the condo, getting it ready to rent. I’m also going to be taking a family portrait for the first time in many years, hopefully we’ll get a good shot!
