Sean surprised me this morning and told me I can take over another room of our house for my craft room! I guess he was tired of my sewing table in guest room. Anyways a couple of weeks ago I picked up this fan that I totally fell in love with at Lowes.
So this is now my starting point for the room. A surfing theme .. I think. I surfed (heh) around iStockPhoto and found a couple of images that I like the color schemes. The first image, I like the bottom green/blue scheme .. not the red orange one.
I then spent an hour surfing craft rooms and DIY surfing bedrooms and I found this neat wall design that I think the green blue scheme could really work with.
I love the 2nd color scheme .. but I realized those are the colors I really want in my bedroom, so I’m saving that style for that project 
So does anybody have any suggestions or think I’m totally crazy for striping my craft room?
I like the surf theme… my personal opinion is that a room like a craft room should reflect your personality… fun and carefree fits you perfectly!
Have you looked at Pottery Barn Teen for surf-themed room inspiration? I know they have lots of that sort of theme.
