9:45 pm .. As some of you know, when we had all 4 puppies I had to put them on a schedule if we had any chance of making the situation work. From the original schedule they still have a morning nap and bedtime is at 10pm. But sometime between 9:45 and 10pm all 3 puppies usually make their way onto my lap while I sit on the couch, and they all cuddle up and start to fall asleep. I’m sure all you parents out there know that feeling when your little one curls up on your chest and falls asleep .. that’s exactly what this is like to me. Its so nice and warm, and they’re so sweet and quiet .. I totally forget that not even 20 min ago they were driving me nuts barking and fighting with each other

I love your answer for favorite time of day. Halle never curls up and falls asleep on me anymore. Sigh. But one of my favorite times of the day is when Jason comes home from work (or volleyball or happy hour or whenever he makes it home). Biscuit barks like crazy when she hears the garage door and Halle comes running into my arms. Apparently she needs protecting when she hears Biscuit’s loud bark. And she holds on tight. It’s one of the best snuggles I get with her all day.
I’m also a big fan of Halle’s bedtime. I love when she comes and sits on my lap for a book. I love when she gives all of us night night kisses. And I love when she lays down in her crib and lets me carress her face for a moment before I close the door and let her go to sleep.
