Ugly isn’t it. I think I’m going to have to use some primer for covering dark colors. I’ve also made a decision about the color of the room. I was thinking about doing greens and blues, like most of the house .. but then I came across an orange paint example from Lowes .. and I’ve totally fell in love with it. Plus they’re gator colors.

I’m thinking of painting the dark orange above and the light orange below (saw that in a Tinkerbell room sample with greens) and then I’ll have blue curtains. I’m also debating putting up a chair rail.. or a white stripe between the 2 oranges .. but we’ll see if I can get a really clean line or not. Hopefully I’ll pick up the primer tomorrow .. I should prob. take advantage of all the Labor Day sales
