I can’t take a Wordless Wednesday .. I dont think I really understand the concept. I kind’ve think you’re supposed to post a picture that basically tells a story, with no explanation necessary .. but as I went through the links on Wordless Wednesday I found plenty of pictures with words on them and stories explaining them. Wordless Wednesday doesn’t have any rules though .. so I’ll never really know what it means Anyways .. now that I’ve broken my silence I can tell you about my picture. Rocky graduated last night from beginning training .. he did very good, and the commands I learned during his class, I’ve brought home to the other 2 .. so everybody knows how to sit now! (We’re working on stay)

I actually made it to the gym today .. for the first time in 3 weeks .. did 30 min on the treadmill (yay) which equaled only a mile and a half. There’s a 5k at the end of October that a few girls I know are joining in on .. and I’d like to try it.. 5k is 3.1 miles .. and I can get through 1.5 miles, slow, but no problems .. so I really hope I’ll be running 3 miles soon.

New TV shows started this week .. today I have nothing to watch at 8pm .. so I’m watching Kid Nation .. and they just killed a chicken and they showed the headless chicken flapping around Ugh .. I know .. thats where my food comes from .. and there’s no way I could not eat meat (I enjoy it too much) .. but still!
