dinner: Marinated Fish with balsamic onions and tomatoes
Thursday:
breakfast: Cinnamon Oatmeal & Scrambled Eggs
lunch: Sauteed Scallop Salad
dinner: Grilled Salmon with Spinach and Baked Sweet Potato
Friday:
breakfast: Cinnamon Oatmeal & Scrambled Eggs
lunch: Turkey Sandwich
dinner: Shrimp Stir-Fry over Brown Rice
Saturday:
breakfast: Cinnamon Oatmeal & Scrambled Eggs
lunch: Ham Melt
dinner: Turkey Ragout w/ Pasta
