As seen from our backyard.
The break in the trail is when I actually stopped the exposure to see if I could catch more. I thought the shuttle was already out of the frame
So I put the 2 exposures together. [see it large] [see it huge!]

I asked Liz to take a headshot for me since I could use one for my photography websites, maybe facebook .. and so I could show you all my new hair color
There’s nothing like a photoshoot to make you realize how your body / face really looks like .. and I’m not happy with what I saw. But at least I have 1 shot that I dont mind showing off.
I have a bunch of other photos from this weekend to blog on my photo site .. so check there near the end of the week!
Last weekend I found a bunch of new photographer friends who happen to maintain blogs for their dogs. I’ve been in love with Dooce’s Daily Chuck for sometime now .. and I know I dont take enough pictures of my puppies .. so .. in an effort to do that .. I updated Daisy’s Tales and hopefully I’ll keep up with it. There’s no way I’m going to have a daily picture of my pups .. because lets face it .. neither of them can balance things on their head [see: Chuck] .. but hopefully I’ll update once or twice a week
[Daisy's Tales]

There are sooo many picture to choose from, I’m going to try to share some that others wont. I’ve already uploaded over 300 to the Hive website gallery so head on over there to see much more!
Here’s the gang infront of the castle, 25 of us total, 11 are kids under 4 years old!
Here’s Ella with Dopey
Ella meeting Auntie Erica’s favorite princess, Aurora
Onto day 2 – which was supposed to be a camp out, but we had to stay inside because of rain .. we did get to play lots of Rock Band though
And still got to eat s’mores, thanks to Megan!
Baking the Hive cake – apparently you only need 1 box cake
Here it is all trimmed up and cooling off
Then final yummy result! THANK YOU LIZ FOR BAKING OUR CAKE!!!
The kids got all dressed up in their Halloween costumes and were so adorable!
Super Girl is taking off
Ella made the cutest pirate ever, I can’t believe that costume was only $13 at Walmart!
We finished the night watching the Gator game, but by then I was starting to feel lousy because of the cold I picked up in my travels. The next day we had a brunch at the Donald Barn that was really nice, but I didn’t take my camera out (again, felt crappy).

Arrr, (i was lookin’ up through the center, such a neat skylight) Gar.
to take your dogs out 2 hours earlier then they usually get up. I hope you get to see something like this ..
Some strange reason Daisy decided she had to pee at 6:30 am this morning. I finally gave in when she kept crying after 10 minutes of ssssshhhhhing. But I’m glad she did, because I got to see this full moon out over our back yard. Of course the photo doesn’t do it justice, but at least I have something to recall it.
